Join us for an atmospheric weekend of powerful nature experiences. Enjoy a sauna and fresh mountain bath, cast trout nets, try folk yoga and go hiking in the most beautiful autumn colors. In the evening we gather around the table for high-quality homemade traditional food. 

This is an informal and inclusive weekend for those who want to be active in a calm way, slow down and enjoy the mountains. Here there is room for silence, good conversations and fellowship – and nature experiences that leave a mark.

Program Friday:
Arrival, yoga, 3-course dinner and social evening

Program Saturday:

Yoga, breakfast, net fishing or mountain hike beyond Halnefjorden, lunch in the fishing hut, bath & sauna, 3-course dinner

Program Sunday:

Breakfast and quiet yoga. Mountain hike, bath and sauna on your own.

All activities are voluntary - you participate in what suits you.

Price: 4,990 NOK per person in a double room for the weekend

Additional single room NOK 600 for the weekend

Camilla Grimsæth and Trond Ørneberg have extensive experience in facilitating great nature experiences and community. Camilla has instructed Norwegian folk yoga since 2004 and delivers yoga with a focus on each individual, humor and presence.
