About the Instructor:
Ellen Marie Medin is a mother of three, a yoga instructor, and a folk high school teacher. She has immersed herself in yoga for 15 years and has been teaching since 2014. Ellen Marie is passionate about using yoga as a tool for life, focusing on gentleness, honesty, and presence. She has a unique talent for making yoga accessible to everyone and is deeply committed to helping people become the best version of themselves. Her ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere provides a solid foundation for delving into yoga and self-discovery.

Price: NOK 4590 per person in a double room for the weekend
